Kids’ birthday invitations with RSVPs that ask the right questions

A child’s party comes with questions a plain RSVP never covers: who is staying, who is allergic to what, and whose photos can be shared. Send one link and parents answer all of it in a minute, with no app and no account.

What your guests are asked

The RSVP form is built for this kind of event, so you get the answers you need in one reply.

  • Grown-up policy

Set how many grown-ups can come with each child, from drop-off only to staying, and whether siblings are welcome.

  • Allergies for the child coming

Parents flag allergies when they RSVP, so you are not chasing messages the night before.

  • Child’s name and age

Know exactly who is coming and how old they are before you buy the party bags.

  • Photo consent

Ask whether each child can appear in party photos before anything is shared.

Start from a designed cover

Pick a cover, change the text and fonts, and every link you share previews as a rich card.

Planning tips

  • Decide the drop-off rule early

Say up front whether parents can drop off or must stay. It changes your headcount and your supervision plan more than anything else.

  • Ask about allergies at RSVP, not at the door

Nuts and egg are the common ones. Knowing a week ahead lets you choose a cake and snacks everyone can eat.

  • Send the invite three weeks out

Parents plan weekends early. Set an RSVP deadline a week before so you can confirm numbers with the venue.

Questions

Do parents need to sign up to RSVP?

No. They open your link, answer the questions and are done. They can change their answer later from the confirmation email.

Can I limit how many grown-ups come?

Yes. You choose a minimum and maximum number of grown-ups per child, which is useful for small venues.

Can siblings come along?

You decide. Allow siblings, say whether their names are required, and cap how many extra children each family can bring.

How do we share the photos afterwards?

Turn on the shared gallery and every parent can add photos to one private album, with duplicates cleaned up for you.

Can I see how many children and grown-ups are coming?

Yes. The dashboard totals the children and the grown-ups separately, and the guest list shows each family’s numbers.
